The payment of any service must be paid in full at the time of Check-In.
The facilities are not suitable for children, we are a hotel for adults.
Due to the hotel's art and design concept, pets are not allowed.

All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last names of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card to guarantee the arrival.
All rooms are subject to a 19.5% tax collected by the corresponding authorities (16% VAT, 2.5% State ISH, 1% Municipal ISH).
When booking, please note the maximum occupancy rules: two people maximum for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King) and four people maximum for rooms with two beds.
A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
Check In hours are at 3:00 PM. We thank you for letting us know your estimated time of arrival by e-mail or by phone.
Check Out hours are at 12:00 pm. In case of vacating the room later on the same day, a half-rate and the corresponding taxes will be charged.
If you require Early Check In or Late Check Out, please contact the reception for authorization based on availability.
The rooms have valuable objects and art that are part of the hotel's cultural heritage, so the guest must cover any damage, theft, or loss.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the common areas of the property. In case of not respecting this, a fine of 300 MXN will be applied without exception. Check with our hosts about the cocktail hours and remember that we have a well-stocked bar at your disposal from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM every day.
